Totality

Sempre pensaba que un eclipse era un fenòmen bastant normal, que la gent exagerava quan parlaven de la sensació que et transmet estar dins de la totalitat d'un d'aquests. Estava completament equivocat, indescriptible, això es el que sents un cop hi ets, eufòria, felicitat, misteri, no m'extranya que els antics creguessin en coses com les que creien. Poder presenciar i fotogafiar un fenòmen d'aquesta magnitud ha estat una cosa que recordaré de per vida.

La Tierra del Fuego is a photographic journey through southern Argentina and Chile. The series follows the landscape through totality, from the immense spaces around El Chaltén to the mountains of Torres del Paine and the ice fields further south. Rather than documenting individual places, the project explores the sensation of moving through one of the most remote landscapes on Earth.
